Marks Spenser - Clonmel

This morning, I visited this restaurant with a friend for coffee. The two ladies, Olivia and her assistant, were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our visit a truly enjoyable experience. The coffee and cake were delicious. Many thanks to these two lovely ladies for their outstanding service.

I often pop into M&S cafe, whether I am shopping or not. Actually, it's been a life-saver in fact. The coffee is very good, as is the hot chocolate, the soup (in particular the spicy tomato and lentil) and the sandwiches. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Most importantly, it is very clean and well spaced out.

Visited the M&S Cafe in Clonmel. It's a very nice cafe and the staff are helpful. It's a pity other M&S Cafe's are not quite so good both in Ireland and The UK, when it comes to cleanliness and efficiency to clear tables. We used to really enjoy the M&S Americano Coffee, but something has changed and it is now very weak, which makes it unpleasant to drink. This is the same in all of the M&S Cafe's we have visited for definitely over a year. We noticed that M&S seems to acknowledge this by offering an extra shot, but they do charge you for it. Not sure if this is a ploy to charge more. We enjoy the coffee in other high street coffee shops, at a similar price, without having to pay for an extra shot. We have now changed to drinking the M&S tea, which we enjoy.

I am a half hour drive from Clonmel but with no branch in Waterford or Dungarvan I treat myself to shop here in the Clonmel branch. The extra choice and quality produce available makes it a place where there is something for everyone. Parking is never a problem on arrival it is a relaxed shopping athmosphere with very helpful staff if one has a query. A lovely shopping experience at this Marks Spenser well worth a visit.

I was in the Market Spencer The person that was removing and clean the tables did every other table not the one next to me I find this very bad customer service from this restaurant I did say to a member of staff before I left Over all managed need let staff know that this a health and safety issue When the tables is cups and plates I never use this restaurant over this
