Pita Pit - Clive

I write this review in the hope that an employee will be recognized for the extraordinary customer service she has provided last night. I decided yesterday for my dinner, I'd get a pita. I went to about 8:00, and noticed that the place was pretty packed. There were only three employees back then. An employee was about to go and disappear and the people were quiet in the door. once that the employee left that only 2 people to take orders make the pitas, and cook the meat. All with 20-30 people waiting to place an order or say what they want in their Pita. Pam showed fantastic customer service, and even under the pressure of some people who don't look so happy they managed everything pretty well. She took the time to apologize for waiting, but also thanked every person for being patient and coming into her business. So, that's really to say that DANK YOU PAM for such a GREAT job last night. I managed fast food restaurants, and I know working with a mere minimum (workers and resources can be hard. But you were positive and did the job. I even took time to answer my questions about the kind of Pita I ordered without missing a beat.

I like this place. It's a pretty interesting concept that you don't find any other places. It has a lot of similar meat ingredients that you would find in a sandwich shop, but the meat is prepared hot on a grill and then filled in a thin pita that is rolled like a burrito. You can also choose a variety of cold toppings similar to a subway experience as well as a variety of sauces. Have some patience, although it involves some preparation time in making food. It is certainly not a typical fast food waiting time and in fact is one of the longer waiting times, especially during the busy times that I have experienced in the fast casual genre.

Good Pitas, great prices and several healthy options that are really delicious. I have a group for 3 Pitas for something like $11. These pitas are not as good as I remember they were 10 years ago.

I love this place. I have a couple of different pitas that I'm taking off, and they remember the veggies that I put on the grill and a jump for each one. The food always tastes good.

This location was so understanding. We had an accident spilling our pitas out and ruining them. The assistant manager was sweet and replaced them. It was a quality experience and they were very thoughtful.
