Very disappointed with this location and will not be back. Little Caesars has traditionally been a very quick, easy, and straight forward pizza experience that I could always count on. This evening 's experience was not that case. I attempted to order an extra most bestest stuffed crust pizza, but the employee taking my order was completely incompetent and could not understand even the simplest order for a single pizza. He kept asking if the order was for 2 pizzas because there 's no such thing as a stuffed crust extra most bestest . Finally I told him I wanted whatever the stuffed crust pizza was they had on menu with pepperoni. The employee then charged me for a custom stuffed crust pizza, which was more expensive than the menu stuffed crust pizza and had reduced cheese and toppings. Upon pick up I confirmed with the manager that they still have the stuffed crust extra most bestest, and was told if I wasn 't happy with my pizza my money could be returned if I didn 't want my pizza. It was closing time and I couldn 't even have another pizza made the way I wanted. The fact that a simple, single order of a menu item couldn 't be done correctly is very frustrating and has completely disrupted my trust in this company.

The cheese sticks were actually really good but extremely greasy. The pizza was so awful I can?t acknowledge it as a pizza. Plenty of pepperoni and cheese but the sauce was gross. It tasted like ketchup with absolutely no seasoning in it at all. Absolutely nothing like what they made in the 90?s. Pulling out of the midwest back then for California has totally ruined it and I?ll never go back. Jack?s pizza is 100% better and cheaper.
I was curious about the new business plan for this franchise so decided to try it out. Pizza was not so bad considering it was Little Caesars, a company that was almost wiped out and tried coming back. I'm sure the Muenster cheese mixed with Mozzarella gave it the tangy flavor. Bread was too doughy and the sauce was borderline ketchup like. Employees are not helpful or courteous at all, time to replace them with robots. Not sure if I would visit again, but not bad for what it was.
Food was hot and fresh. Pizzas were good but can anyone explain this? Didn't quite cut it all the way and there is a ton of pepperoni.
They don't answer the phone they don't cut the pizza if u asked them too cut it smaller, like it's that hard to cut the pizza again.
