Contribute FeedbackRecent experiences at a local restaurant reveal a sharp divide between enjoyable dining and service-related headaches. While some guests rave about the delicious food and attentive staff, others lament filthy glasses, dirty plates, and long waits for service and checks. Complaints abound about incorrect orders and unresponsive servers, tarnishing the overall experience for many patrons. However, those who encountered friendly staff and timely service left with fond memories, highlighting the restaurant’s potential. Amidst mixed reviews, it remains clear that consistent service quality will determine whether customers choose to return.
Upon our arrival, we received a very friendly greeting. I had made a reservation through Open Table and we were seated before our scheduled time. Our server, Hunter, was extremely polite and attentive. Overall, we had a pleasant experience with the exception of two issues. It appeared that the restaurant was understaffed, either in terms of wait staff or kitchen staff, or perhaps both. As a result, it took approximately 30 minutes to receive our food and one of the dishes, a steak salad, was served cold, indicating that the steak had not been heated properly.
The service we received at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. The glasses were disgustingly dirty, our plates had residue on them, and the table was not cleaned. It took 40 minutes for us to receive our check, and overall, the service completely ruined our dining experience. Despite the average food, I have been in the restaurant industry for the past 6 years and consider myself to be very patient, but this was one of the worst experiences I have had at a restaurant. As we waited, I observed similar issues at the other three tables in the restaurant. One customer had received the wrong dish and had to wait 20 minutes for a replacement, another table struggled to get their waitress' attention because their check was incorrect, and a third table waited 15 minutes to be greeted. The poor service we experienced has made us decide that we will not be returning to this restaurant in the future.
We were warmly welcomed at the arrival. I had booked on open table before the time and we sat before our reservation time. our waiter hunter was very polite and attentive. we had a nice experience, except for problems. they seemed to be understaffed, either in their waiting staff or in the kitchen, or maybe both, and therefore it took about minutes to get our food and one of the dishes, a steak salad, was served cold, as they forgot to heat the steak.
Our service was terrible! The glasses were DISGUSTINGLY gross. Our plates has stuff on the bottom of them. The table was not wiped down. Took minutes to get our check. The food was average but the service ruined my night. I have worked and manages restaurants for the last years and Iâm very patient. This was one of the worst experiences at a restaurant. while we were sitting waiting I looked around at the other three tables she had. One ladyâs food was messed up and she waited about min for pasta instead of salmon. Another table was having issues tracking the waitress down because their check was wrong. The third table waited probably minutes before being greeted. Terrible Service. Will not be back.
Our server was fantastic and madder this a wonderful dinning experience
