Bruegger's Bagels - Clive

I usually enjoy the bagel sandwiches at this restaurant, but I will not be coming back. The staff appeared to be busy with other tasks in the back. When I returned home with the sandwiches for myself and my husband, I noticed that the egg on mine had a green tint. I threw it away. We have both been experiencing stomach problems all day, so I am not sure if it was the egg or another ingredient in the sandwich.

I was unsure at first, but I decided to visit this restaurant last Saturday at 10am only to find it closed with no signage. I returned on Sunday to find a long line, with only one person taking counter orders and two fulfilling mobile orders. Despite the wait of over half an hour, I must give them 5 stars for their professionalism, friendliness, and accuracy in fulfilling my order. I will definitely be returning!

My cousin and I had the worst Bruegger's Bagels experience ever. In the past, it has been good, but this time the quality was very low. It wasn't busy, but the workers were rude and impatient. Many ingredients were unavailable, and it seemed like there was an upcharge for almost every topping. I would not recommend this place, it's better to spend your money elsewhere for better service.

This place has great bagels. They have a nice Selection of bagels and cream cheese spreads. I haven?t noticed any dairy free or gluten free for those with sensitive diets, you may have to ask if they have those options. We?ve come here for years for bagels. The restrooms could use some attention, yet it is lunch time and it was busy. They are short staffed like everybody else in business, so if you complain, then grab an application and turn it in.

I always order online, the orders are always ready when I get there. The bagels are always yummy and the staff has been friendly everytime I have picked up my orders.
