Booked using a Smartbox voucher. Nearby parking is available for €15 per day. We opted for a paid upgrade to a room with a balcony overlooking the river and the old castle, which we were very glad we did! A beautiful, functional room with an en-suite shower room, tastefully decorated for our recent wedding. Very comfortable bedding . The private spa session was much appreciated. A delicious dinner with delightful cocktails and wines that we selected from the menu to complement our meal. The dining room was pleasant with bay windows facing the old castle. Breakfast the next morning was excellent with a wide selection of fresh, homemade, and local products (both hot and cold). We received a wonderful farewell at reception, as always, with a charming welcome. We were delighted with our stay. We highly recommend this establishment. Thank you to the entire team

Special mention to the employee who served breakfast, who was very kind. The room itself was okay, but not what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. The bathroom mirror lights didn't work and just kept flickering. The soap dish was loose and kept falling over.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was clean and pleasant. The meals were really good. Drawback: It was a bit warm in the room, so we opened the window to sleep, but we were woken up by lively conversations on the restaurant terrace around 6:00 a.m.
