Oxbow - Clintonville

What a great experience to visit the Oxbow Bar for the first time! I have always heard the big stories about the small town of food, local bar in the remote forests in Wisconsin. I lost my Oxbow novelty this night. See pictures; Special hat, necklace price and for pictures for this tradition, for the first time visitors in the Oxbow. Wonderful owner operators on site. Great service, friendly staff and local customers. I'm a Detroit Lions fan we were there to see the Rams vs Seahawks game. Everyone was very nice, even if they didn't like my lions. In the afternoon they had free chili, cheese, vegetables, candy etc. Always make the Oxbow first before you make plans to travel there. The owners are retired and have only opened the bar a few days a week. Ask if they have food on this day. Food is not always available.
