Maybe they’re told to make it a certain way but they always never pump enough for a caramel iced latte or anything similar even if I pay for extra and it taste like milk, same as the other reviews.But there’s on girl that always saves my morning and adds like a normal amount like I asked for and makes going to work more tolerable. I did buy m coffee after I left the coffee was vey bad and test old I will never go again so if you go after 10 am test your coffee before you leave
