Honestly, I went to taste some wines, but I also got food and wine. I don't know if I can complain. The hostess and waitress were amazing. The tables were clean. The interior looked fantastic. What Denis Hessel doesn't like about Cooper's Hawk Winery:
First, we called and were told no more reservations available and it's full but the bar was open so went and ate at the bar. 1 hr and 30 minutes we're done eating and the place is still empty. So, whatever happened to all those reserved tables? As for the food, my Fillet Mignon was well done instead of medium-well as I ordered and it's a little bland. Oh well.... Exceptional service, exceptional food! Thanks Mimi for a great experience?.and. LD, you in the kitchen? The best risotto I ever had (hands down). Even if you re experiment with wines, try the Spanish Tempranillo (Rioja, Spain) delicious!, a storyteller?
Love Love Love Love the southwest Eggroll!! The most delicious in the appetizer menu. Sometimes I come to the restaurant myself to pamper it. Lol This is to be visited in my Top 10 restaurants in Michigan. Also tried the Raspberry Apple Cobbler... It was okay. But loved the experience.
Definitely 5-star restaurant with a variety of wine and exceptional service. The great advantage is that this place makes reservations not only via the phone, but also on OpenTable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food tastes not only good, but also very well presented on a plate. The Brezel-Brot, as shown on attached pictures, looks so good and tastes even better. Our choices were pork chops, fish and chips and chicken piccata. Everything was delicious. For a special occasion you get a dessert or a few glasses of owl wine. Very recommended!
Reservations anyone!? ? Yes reservations were made, and checked in and was seated within 5 minutes. Got to our spot and was met by our food assistant Jamel. The knowledge of this pleasant assistant was just wonderful. For that to have been his 4TH day on the floor by himself it was like he was a PRO. The wine recommendations and the honesty of choice was just awesome. The atmosphere was perfect and the music was on point! Now let's get down to the food stuffs. ? Overall the food was good. That's all, just good. Appetizer for the evening was pot stickers. Those were nice. And the steak I ordered was tiny. ? Now for the price I was expecting more than the piece that was the size of a half saucer, the vegetables were a lot more charrd than I would have liked. It wasn't very many veggies for me to eat. But the stuff I did eat was good (and sure I felt like I was starving the next day, but we are talking about the evening). ? The chicken dinner was good, didn't eat the huge pieces of cheese that were cut but it was a nice touch. They have a wine selection made for champion's.
