Had us waiting 35 minutes and found out it was because they gave our food away. The manager was great when he found out what happened.
Used online ordering for convenience but wound up being far from it. Waited almost 45min for an order that conformation said ready in 10min(waited 10min before I even left home). Then after checking order didn't have any sauces, either with the meals or the extras that I ordered(and payed for). Went inside to ask and was told sorry we only have 2 of what you ordered. When ask about reduction in price or refund was told they couldn't. Lesson leared, wait and ask for sauces when you pick up food.
We stopped here on a road trip and the place was packed! We ordered our food, it came out quick, hot, and the manager even stopped by to check on how we were doing. Customer service was great but the the food was just ok.
We stopped at this zaxby’s during a trip. the location is fantastic. directly at the intermediate station at an exit that also has a qt, but is not super busy.
