Palacio's Grill - Feedback

What Mike O doesn't like about Palacio's Grill:
Worst service i ever had at a restaurant. Waitress was very rude and disrespectful. There was a $1 menu item in small letters at the front desk. Which i understand with the rising food prices. First time here and had the Chicken Enchiladas with rice and beans. First came the salsa AND queso with chips. Salsa was delicious, little watery but had that little kick that made you want more and the chips were good as well.
