my 8-year-old enkel loves to come here to eat pizza. I always reward him if he does well in school. he had advanced his assessment tests and we were celebrating in mazzios. I had only $100 bill, and a business of this size order should have tools to fake. they turned us away. even told us to go next door and change. now, if mazzios is hit with falsifications, the nearby business would not be hit too. so much my grand... This was the worst experience at Mazio's. I came here and the pizza had hardly any cheese and was not cooked properly. The salad I ordered was not fresh and the customer service was terrible. View all feedback.

Very bad atmosphere. The restaurant doesn't feel clean. Food is ok/bad but was served quickly. Will definitely not be returning.
Food was very hot. Wish the pizza crust had been cooked longer but taste was good. The calzone was extremely dry...should have spread butter over top before and after baking. Cheese dippers should have been baked 2 to 3 minutes longer for a crunchy bite
I visit this location often however today was my LAST TIME. I received a free buffet coupon for my birthday via email. I receive some type of offer every year. The coupon clearly states present this email IT DOES NOT STATE PRINT. And when you sign up for the club it does not state you must own a printer (I do but it’s an eclub; smh) The General Manager Wayne Skelton refuse to honor the coupon. It was not a screen shot; it was my email with my full name on it. I use to be a store manager years ago employees use to remember codes to hook their friends up. You don’t penalize customers you fire thieves!!! Please understand I can pay for a buffet for everyone in there and the employees!! I was totally disappointed. It’s 2022 and people have to print out coupons??!! If that’s the case install a wireless printer in your store. I drove 30 minutes for poor service and even worse management. I only hope Wayne figures out how to manage his loss prevention without penalizing customers bc he failed to provide a reason!!
The casher was very unapproachable and did not communicate clear. Borderline rude. It took 1 hour for 3 medium pizzas to be ready, and the sides were over cooked. The store smelled smoke and looked dirty.
