The food was excellent and servings were generous, but the service was incredibly disappointing. Our waitress never checked on us during our meal, and we had to get our bill ourselves by walking to the counter. When I handed over my card, she yanked it from my hand and slammed the pen down as if I were bothering her. I won’t be returning!

What Pittsburgh Review Guy doesn't like about Lu-lou's Cafeteria:
Ordered a buffalo chicken wrap. It was awful. Chicken was breaded and tasted rubbery and the buffalo sauce was watered down red hot..... or atleast tasted like it. It was dripping like water out of the wrap. There was no color to the buffalo sauce. Fries were okay. Overall I would try them again, but wouldn 't order that wrap ever again. I 'll update my review if I decide to go again. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunc... View all feedback.
**Pros:** The outdoor seating was covered, the country atmosphere was lovely, the portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable. When the food eventually arrived, it was delicious. However, we did encounter a significant issue—it took nearly an hour for our meals, including appetizers, to be served. You know that feeling when you’re waiting for your food, and after sitting there for a while, you suddenly realize, “Wow, where’s our food?” We experienced that for about twenty-five minutes. Once the food finally arrived, there was plenty of it, and it was all quite good. The total bill came to $75, which was for a large amount of food. I believe that at many other restaurants, our bill would have exceeded $100. Overall, I’m giving this place a score of 4 out of 5, as I’m hoping that the lengthy wait was just an isolated incident.
This is a charming and delightful restaurant! We sat outside and enjoyed the view of some sheep grazing in the farm behind it. The food was absolutely delicious. The only downside is that the menu is a bit limited; I would have loved more options. On the plus side, they do serve beer!
