Lillie's - Clinton

Lillie's is the best place in Clinton, MS for Home Cooked food. The prices are reasonable and the food is very well seasoned. So far I enjoyed the chickens and dumplings, Fried Catfish, Fried Okra, Mac N Cheese, Field Peas and Cornbread Dressing. Meals include the drink. The chocolate chip Pie was AWESOME and it is my favorite dessert so far. I'll have my third visit soon, hopefully. Thank you.

We tried Lillie for the first time and it was wonderful! I enjoyed the grilled pork chop with collar, black-eyed peas, cabbage and lemonade. It was different because generally the green and cabbage would taste the same. Not true with Lillie's! My friends had the stuffed paprika and said they were good beyond the mouthwater! I recommend a visit if you like the southern kitchen of the house.

This place is amazing. Everything is homemade and they really go beyond and beyond to make customers happy. You have the best meat I've ever had. I never knew I liked herb or grilled catfish until I had her. It's my favorite place to eat in Clinton.

Baked chicken was average, but the sides were excellent. The fries and pounds of cakes were particularly excellent.

Good old southern cooking! Generous servings, well-seasoned food. Didn't have add any salt or pepper. Parking is terrible but if you have to circle around a couple of dozen times it's worth it. I predict a larger place soon. Hope they're in Clinton a long time.
