Restaurant was not busy. Ordered 2 subs to go. Took quite a while even though there were several employees working. Seemed to be an overall relaxed feeling among the staff. A little too relaxed. Unfortunately both subs wereincorrectly made. Receipt showed the order correct so it was the food-service workers that made the error.

I mentioned something to the manager and she had to correct me and tell me that the same amount goes on each sandwich. I will never be back!!

During my last visit, I decided to try the pr... read more I'm a longtime fan of the roast beef subs at Firehouse, and the large ones offer great value for the portion size. During my last visit, I decided to try the prime rib steak sub. Since I prefer my sandwiches simply topped, I ordered it with just the prime rib, provolone, and caramelized onions. It was amazing! I absolutely loved it—nothing else I've had compares.

T... read more This is, without a doubt, the best Firehouse Subs in the Knoxville area. We make it a point to eat here whenever we can. The Spicy Cajun Chicken is fantastic. The service is excellent, the dining area is clean, and the staff is wonderful. I highly recommend it!
