Dunkin' - Clinton

I have been going to the location on my way to work since the store has opened and loved it. However, for the last month the people opening the store apparently don't want any business. I seen the people in the store after 5 am and I sat at the speaker waiting to order and no one took my order. Then when I drove away I seen the person crouched behind the counter. New staff is definitely needed.

I go here twice a week and usually order around $40 worth of food. Very friendly staff. They have messed up my order a couple times and since then they know me by name and spend extra time on my orders lol. Little things like that make the difference. The whole team is great especially Megan!

I just received my doordash order from here. 10 out of 12 donuts were wrong. Doordash refunded me but I still wanted my donuts. I called the store to see if they actually have chocolate donuts before I order again. The phone kept going to a voice mail that isn't set up! One time it was picked up and set down. I could hear people talking but no one actually answered the phone! Poor business ethics and horrible customer service!

I order espresso every morning for this store, usually 4 shoots. Last couple times I went there was an Indian older guy taking orders looks like the owner) he up charge me and I noticed because I know how much I pay every morning then he adjusted the price. Today I order 4 shoots and I pay for 4 and I got 2, I asked him are there 4 shoots in the cup he said yes. Once I got home it says double on the cup? what a thief

Coffee was made super quick, but this place advertised that it had wifi and the person working there said he didn't have the password and seemed not to care.
