We enjoyed our lunch very much. I ordered the Steamed Clams which were big and juicie. Not over done like many places do. My friend ordered the Long Hots and she said they were very good. The owner's son, who is the cook came out to ask us how everything was and make sure we were happy with our food. We appreciated that. After reading the reviews on the place I wanted to be impressed I really did. It was a slow afternoon when I went in but the service was slow and not very welcoming. The staff seemed more concerned with getting their free booze then serving. The wings I got where swimming sauce that it was nearly a soup bowl. My boyfriend and I came to our local restaurant, for a quick meal. Now we have been there before and it's been okay for the most part. This time was the worst by far. We arrived at 730, we sat at the bar, and the bartender didn't say a word to us for 10 minutes. Finally talked to us and got us drinks then got our food order. She didn't put in that food order until 805. Not once did she say the kitchen was backup or tell us it was gonna be a little bit of a longer of a wait or apologize about the wait. While we were waiting the owner is slamming on the bar saying how all of the people come in at once and they can't handle it and complaining, and on top of that the bartender and kitchen staff are doing shots behind the bar. The bartender finally brings out our food and they made my food wrong I ordered a wrap got a sandwich. At that point I was done and left. Very poor service.
This has become or favorite place in the area. Ever thing we've tried is delicious. Great atmosphere and wonderful attentive staff. Kid-friendliness: Very welcoming for our 9yo good choices and fun children's menu. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30
