I was out of town for work and went out with some colleagues. We had better service than other Applebee's near home. Food was good and my steak was cooked perfectly. The waitress was friendly.
From The Wild Rose Casino and Resort in Clinton Iowa, where we were here last Saturday night, we come to Applebee. The food is still as amazing as it used to be in my and my men's opinions. Yeah, it's kind of costly unlike what it was, like an Applebee in my hometown of Sterling Illinois. It was about $47 for two of us to eat. We got a free ticket to the new Top Gun: Maverick movie, although that was cool!
We celebrated our second anniversary a little early at this restaurant, and it was a wonderful choice. The brownie bites were absolutely delightful; I savored every last bite! My husband isn't usually a fan of steak, but he enjoyed a perfectly cooked medium-rare steak today, which was indeed commendable. Our waitress, Joanne, was exceptionally friendly and attentive, checking in on us frequently to ensure everything was to our liking. Overall, the culinary experience was fantastic. Thank you!
The location is great, with entrances on two sides and a spacious parking lot. The bar was clean, as were the dishes and glasses. It may sound unusual, but the ice in the drinks was remarkably clear. The staff appeared to enjoy being there, which is always a nice touch when you leave.
Wasn't the fastest service when we went but was very tentative and friendly. We had a new server and she was amazing. Food was bursting with flavor and the berry md I can care less for lol. Overall it was great place. Would be going again! Thank you all.
