We made our order online for pick up. When we got ur food and brought it home. They had nothing right. No cheese on almost all the sandwiches. Asked for Mayo n got something else completely different. Husband got an entirely different sandwich then he asked for. Never going back. What happen to the size of the subways, I use to grab it with two hands and now I hold it in one, it was too skinny and the churro was way too dry and toasted, sorry but no more subway for me. Ordered to go. Met with horrible customer service by two girls. Instructed me to the incorrect order to pick up on shelf then had the attitude to say that I have to check the name in a sarcastic manner, when they told me to grab the order on second shelf. Horrible attitude that's why they'll continue to make minimum to low wages.. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
It’s so disappointing to come across rude employees. If you’re hired to work, work they don’t pay you to roll your eyes or give attitude. Be ready Stock your soup and food for your clients.
