The pumpkin ravioli was outstanding, and the other entrees and appetizers were good as well. However, our service was noticeably slow. While our waitress was friendly and polite, she was also somewhat forgetful and took a long time to bring out drinks, appetizers, and other items. There was a significant wait between ordering our drinks and receiving them, and the same went for our food. The menu had changed since our last visit, and the food is unique and fresh. Overall, I think it’s a great place, but it does seem a bit pricier than it ought to be. For some items, the price is justified, while others felt overpriced for what they offered.

We live in East Texas, but are in Clifton 3-4 times a year for family. Sinclair is always a must. This trip was a tad disappointing in that they were out of a couple of entrees and wines. We’ll get over it. If you’re in the area, don’t miss it.

Thanksgiving day, we were not particularly hungry on Friday night and decided to eat simply. most ordered hamburger, all well done despite other requests. the p... read more Thanksgiving day, we were not particularly hungry on Friday night and decided to eat simply. most ordered hamburger, all well done despite other requests. the pattys fell apart and made them hard to eat. this happens when previously frozen meat is made in fat, but I don't know if that was the case or not. I ordered quail, and they were delicious crispy, moist and delicious!
