Thanksgiving day, we were not particularly hungry on Friday night and decided to eat simply. most ordered hamburger, all well done despite other requests. the pattys fell apart and made them hard to eat. this happens when previously frozen meat is made in fat, but I don't know if that was the case or not. I ordered quail, and they were delicious crispy, moist and delicious! View all feedback.

Very good as always. We live in East Texas, but are in Clifton 3-4 times a year for family. Sinclair is always a must. This trip was a tad disappointing in that they were out of a couple of entrees and wines. We’ll get over it. If you’re in the area, don’t miss it.

Beautiful hidden gem in clifton, Texas. Farm-to-table food, with a seasonal swirl.

The wait staff (Jaselyn) was very attentive and fun. The food was delicious, as always. Some of the flavors are a little different then what you'll get at the chain restaurants, and so worth the drive. This was our fourth time to visit Sinclairs, and we will be back (repeatedly).
