I love popeyes and visited this place often since he opened 5 years ago. they? ve had a lot of effort to keep staff and I had terrible quality eating and service here in the past, but if it was good, it?s great. it seems as if they were much better. today I had 5 star service and great eating and thought it deserves a good review. I didn't catch the names of the girl in the drive-thru with purple hair, but she offere... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen:
we love popeyes, and we will only eat there when we come to grand junction. the last two times we had to wait for 8-10 minutes. this last visit was 8 minutes and when we could eat the chicken, it tasted as if it were roasted in old oil. our chicken sandwiches were good. View all feedback.
Who owns this franchise loses thousands daily. half an hour in the drive behind 3 cars and six plus. you need to put on, hire and pay your big young pants, a real manager/team guide. not that they were under servants. there were 6 people behind the counter. seriously, you lose a lot of money. fall and point, we drove a block to kfc, ordered and had our food in less than 10 minutes. I love your food, I wish I had time with it.
A favorite stop! Shrimp and chicken is always amazing! Cocktail sauce is on point!! Mashed potatoes with gravy is soooo good! I always stop when in town.
We went on a Saturday night and the entire crew was working so hard. Nathan was awesome in taking our order and making sure it was correct, giving us wait times . We have never had better customer service! Thanks Nathan! (He needs a raise) The food as usual was great. We will be telling our friends to head to Popeyes in Grand Junction.
I?m not one to leave negative reviews, so I?ll focus on the positive things about this Popeyes?s restaurant. Many people complain about constantly receiving the wrong order or missing items that should have been included in their order, but I think they?re doing a pretty good job for being so short-staffed. I?ve ordered food from this restaurant half a dozen times received the to-go order without the sauce I ordered, or it?s been missing silverware, or they?ve included the wrong drink. Still, I think that?s again because they're understaffed working hard to keep up with all the customers. The employees who are there seem to be working incredibly hard most of them have a good attitude (even when I went through the drive-through one day there was only one kid the manager working). They were juggling taking orders, running the cooker running them outside to guests waiting in the parking lot. I?m an insulin-dependent diabetic, so I never order a regular drink. One day, I ordered a drink they gave me the sugar version, which messed up my blood sugar for hours required multiple insulin shots to fix the mistake? Rather than simply not revisiting this restaurant, I just changed how I order fountain drinks now. When I order a drink a Popeyes?s, I order Diet with NO ICE. If they bring the drink out it has ice, that?s a good sign that they may have also given me regular instead of diet, so I don?t drink it! (No stress I don?t have to worry if they forgot to fill it with diet cola instead of sugar). The main reason I love Popeyes?s is for their blackened chicken tenders! These things are incredible they?re not breaded, so I don?t have to take an extra shot to eat them! Definitely a treat for people with diabetes! Keep up the great work, Popeyes?s team! Hopefully, management finds additional team members to help you guys out!
Great sandwich and chicken, This is our third trip here. The chicken sandwich walks on water. Each time it?s crisp, great fried chicken, mayonnaise, pickle, and each time I take great. We wanted some of the fried chicken nuggets but all gone! They are that good! So I tried the fried shrimp. These two were great and the sauce oh my! Spiced up enough hot not to be overwhelming but just right. They to were perfectly fried. We will be back!!!!
