Pj's - Clifton
Pj's
Description
PJ’s is a charming, family-owned spot in Clifton, Arizona, known for its welcoming atmosphere and hearty, home-cooked meals. While many appreciate the friendly service and freshly made items like chips and salsa, experiences vary widely. Some find the food tasty and reasonably priced, recommending dishes like enchiladas, tacos, and breakfast favorites. However, others criticize inconsistent quality, overpriced portions, and inattentive service, with occasional reports of food-related illness. Despite its warm ambiance and loyal local patronage, PJ’s may not satisfy all palates, especially those seeking standout flavors or attentive dining in the region.

Bomb burgers. Green chili burros are delicious. Good place all the way around. P.S. the green chili is hot!!
Super cute, quaint. Great experience. Home cooked food and great service. Definitely stop by if you're in the area!
We drove the Coronado Trail Scenic Byway today from Alpine,AZ. At lunchtime we saw P.J. 's and stopped in and both ordered the Big Mama and drinks. It was delicious and filling. The added surprise at the end of the meal was being told that we didn 't havea check and someone else has paid for our meal. Don 't know who it was but thank you; quite a pleasant surprise.
Family operated restaurant in the copper mining area of Clifton and Morenci, Arizona. The gentleman who waited on us is the son of the owner and was polite, reserved and efficient. Drinks were brought promptly and refilled timely. Coffee was hot and the creamer was cold. My husband and I ordered the Big Mama and both enjoyed it throughly. Food was served fairly quickly with out being rushed. All in all an excellent dining experience in a small town. We will go back and enjoy their hospitality and food again.
