Jersey Mike's Subs - Clifton

I ordered a sandwich, and I observed them preparing ot on a dirty counter. When I asked them why they didn 't use deli paper instead of preparing it on a dirty counter, their response was, This is how we prepare our sandwiches. I then asked if they could prepare me a new sandwich using deli paper instead of preparing it on a dirty counter, and it seemed to bother them.

The service wasn’t good. Person taking the orders looked like he was having a bad day and the person handling the toppings was rude as well. Not only to us but to an elderly lady ahead of us that forgot to put toppings on her hot sandwich and asked for it after already placing the order. The soda machine has options that are out of order. The sandwich was good but a shame the Service dosent compare to other Locations around. I would rather drive to a farther location then come here again and get bad service.

Came in for 3 sandwiches lady that took our order was super rude and the person who made our Hot sandwiches gave a atitude this is just the last time I’m ever going back if you wanna be treated rudely come to this location they serve it hot and

This place is amazing. The sandwiches are always fresh and far superior to any other sandwich chain I've tried. Everything is super fresh and made to order.The service is impeccable, I've never had an employee here that wasn't extremely friendly and helpful. Today, after they mistakenly put oil and vinegar on my sub, they immediately told me so and even offered me the sub for free! This is a very understandable mistake to make since it is the standard way to make a sandwich at Mikes. I would've happily eaten and payed for the sub with oil and vinegar, but they insisted I take it for free. This was one of many excellent customer service experiences I've had at this (and all) Jersey Mike's restaurants.

Jersey Mikes makes a good sandwich. This was my first visit to this location and the experience was a good one. It's clean and the service was quick and polite. We ordered a giant stickball specIal and a regular turkey and provolone and the sandwiches were good as usual. One thing you don't have to worry about is a dry sandwich and this location was no different. My daughter is allergic to gluten so we got the turkey/ provolone with gluten free bread. She likes it and there were no complaints. This location is behind the main strip mall next to LA Fitness on rt. 3. Sort of tucked away and hard to find. Worth a visit if your looking for a good sandwich.
