What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
The last time I visited a few days ago, my sandwich was poorly made. It was mishandled, with one half of it pressed down and crushed. When I complained, instead of offering a proper resolution, they just tried to cheer me up, which didn’t address my concerns at all. It’s really disappointing, especially coming from the manager, whoever she is. View all feedback.
Food was fine, typical Dunkin'. Everything that was supposed to be hot was hot. The self order kiosks did not work. When trying to make a payment it appears the payment module was not paired with the ordering screen. I tried both of them and I was not ableto pay with Google Pay through my watch or with my debit card. The line moved fairly quickly, compared with other Dunkins' I'vebeen to lately. This location does not have a drive through.
Every single time I go grab breakfast to head into work, I leave with less items than I paid for. Only once did they accommodate me. I?ve lost a good amount of money on items that I never received. I don?t typically speak up and say these things, but eventhe customer service is horrible. The representative I was just speaking to told me to hold on so she can take a personal callwith someone else while she was on the phone with me like if I?m not at my own job working. I more than likely won?t bereturning, but if I do it?s because it?s close to my work..

Absolutely terrible customer service!!! I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, but received my bagel without any cream cheese. When I returned to let them know about the missing cream cheese, the girl informed me she had asked if I wanted it. However, she wasn’t the cashier, and while I did hear her ask something, I didn’t realize it was directed at me. I would have gladly paid for the cream cheese, but instead of simply clarifying that I needed to pay for it, she started arguing that she had asked me and that I didn’t respond. They all need customer service training – after all, they are working with people! Extremely unprofessional!
The staff at this restaurant are exceptional; they treat you like family and put in a lot of effort to ensure you have a wonderful experience. Everything is fresh and well-maintained. When I shared my previous experience at the Dunkin on Van Houten Ave, they transformed my frustration into a moment of laughter for both me and the entire staff.
