Terrible experience. I ordered takeout around 4:30 PM on a Sunday. When I got home, I found that there was no dressing for the salad and the sour cream I requested was missing. I only received about five pieces of...
Quesadilla ($11): This dish features half chicken and half steak, served with three sides: black beans, pico de gallo, and roasted chili-corn salsa. Plus, enjoy a complimentary side of guacamole!
Where does one even start? The staff doesn’t speak English, which leads to misunderstandings with your order. There’s a clear communication issue between customers and the business. My orders were consistently incorrect. The employees, while somewhat coordinated, always seem rushed and distracted, never making eye contact, which leads to further mistakes with orders. The cleanliness of the place is concerning; there seems to be a lack of proper hygiene practices. Towels used to clean dirty areas are the same ones used to wipe down food preparation surfaces. Portions have noticeably shrunk, even as prices have increased. Given the company’s high stock and compensation, one would expect better service, but unfortunately, it’s quite the opposite. I've tried giving this restaurant multiple opportunities, but I cannot recommend it and won’t be returning.
The restaurant can be quite crowded, but the staff are always friendly. I've ordered the vegetable burrito bowl several times, but I do have one complaint: the vegetables here are often undercooked and taste raw. In contrast, I've had well-cooked veggies at other locations. Parking can be challenging, but with a little effort, you should be able to find a spot. There’s a Costco located behind the restaurant which can help with parking options.
