We had the Big Haus Burger (double patty, served with caramelized onions, American cheese, two strips of bacon and Haus sauce on an artisan brioche bun), Chopped Cheese (chopped beef patties, served with peppers, onions, lettuce, tomato, and American cheese), and Onion Rings. I must say that the food held up pretty well during a half an hour drive home. The burger was good but a bit pricey for what it was. It reminded me of a Shake Shack burger but just more expensive. The chopped cheese was good. I appreciate that they have this on the menu because chopped cheese is kind of hard to find. The onion rings were probably my favorite part. They were still super crispy after the transit time. I wouldn’t mind coming back and eating the food fresh off the grill. I’d probably try the cheesesteak or the crispy chicken sammie.

Quality ingredients, never greasy and the sweet potato fries are on point. I was sitting and waiting for my order today and the gentleman behind the counter (I think he was the owner) reached over and gave me a little bag of sweet potato fries to try with a nice spicy honey sauce. It was great. Very professional and friendly. I try not to come too often because I don't want to get tired of the food but let's be real.... you can't get tired of these burgers. 10 out of 10 from me everytime!

I ordered the Bighaus and sweet potato fries, and let me tell you, the burger was exceptional—far better than Smashburger. It was perfectly fatty and oozed just the right amount of grease with each bite, in the best way possible. Even the bun was impressive, perfectly matched to the hearty burger. I normally don’t like sweet potato fries, but another guest urged me to try them, and I’m glad I did. They were super crispy and had just the right amount of sweetness. After enjoying that burger, I’m definitely looking forward to going back to try the crispy chicken sandwich! In terms of pricing, it’s a great value; they definitely don’t overcharge here. There's plenty of parking available, and they have options for kids too. Overall, I would rate BURGERSTRASSE a 4.6 out of 5—it's a must-visit for burger lovers in New Jersey!
