Despite having made reservations, I was... read more This restaurant is not worth the price. I visited with my boyfriend last night and the place was very crowded and small. Despite having made reservations, I was not given a table upon arrival. The staff told me to wait and then seated me by the bar. When a table opened up near the door, I was constantly being pushed by incoming customers and stared at by a lady who appeared to be in charge that night. She was collecting an entry fee and told me she needed me to move because others wanted to buy a bottle. Despite having an open tab and already spending $40 on drinks, I was asked to leave. I had made a reservation and was still treated poorly. Additionally, I was told I couldn't stand by the bar because it was too crowded. The DJ was great, but I couldn't fully enjoy the music because there was no room to stand or dance. I left shortly after, feeling like I had wasted $60 to be uncomfortable for less than an hour. This place needs to improve their organization and customer service.

However, when I purchased two bottles, I was charged f... read more I visited the restaurant on a night when they had a promotion of buy one bottle, get the second half off. However, when I purchased two bottles, I was charged for three at full price. After discussing this with both the waiter and the bar staff, they apologized and promised to refund me the extra money. Despite numerous calls over the past 8 months, I have yet to receive the refund. Every time I call, I am put on hold and then disconnected. The owner is never present and the service was terrible. Additionally, I bought a hookah and the staff member who brought it out was already smoking it before we had a chance to use it. She repeatedly returned to smoke and tried to pressure us into ordering more bottles. The bartenders and waitresses were very rude. Due to this experience, I have no intention of returning to this restaurant.
