Springs Bistro - Clifton Springs

Venue is great, most of the meals are nice, nothing to rave about though. I’ve had the Wagyu steak multiple times now, and the first few times I found it very tough in places even though I ordered it medium rare it had plenty of gristle, I’ve given it a couple more chances hoping it might live up to its name as you’d get in many other restaurants. But sadly I won’t be ordering it anymore. Also venue no longer has members nights

6 for lunch today the $10 lunches were the choices today and they didn’t disappoint. Most of our guests hadn’t been here before and were blown away by the views and hospitable staff. I had told them the big open fire maybe lit but unfortunately it wasn’t but it was still a great lunch. Everyone said they would be back as the meals were value for money and the venue great. Meals and drinks ordered an paid for at the bar and brought to the table so very convenient for large groups. Our meals all came at the same time. It is a fabulous place to take guest to the check out the region. Recommend

Evening meal was very enjoyable well cooked,green salad was bit ordinary but good prices

Dreadful, warm grain salad made my mum sick, fish was lukewarm. Will never eat here again

Excellent menu very busy weekends service can be a bit slow at these times
