Buffalo Wings Rings (portland, In)

MVP battered chicken sandwich was great and the onion rings were on point. Great service and atmosphere. Not a place for everyday lunches, but when you don't want the same old same old, this is an escape.

When I found out that make cauliflower wings, I couldn't resist ordering them. I also recommend a basket of onion rings.

Great family restaurant in Portland Indiana. Has a bar area but, well separated. Outdoor area for dining during the summer. Good atmosphere overall. Staff is very attentive. Reasonable wait for food. Food quality is very good. I had the blackened chicken ranch salad. Was very good.

Little more on the expensive side. Staff is respectful.

We have driven by this nice-looking establishment for years, and this time we decided to stop in. There were 4 of us and we each ordered something different, and everyone was pleased. The fried haddock, chicken sandwich, Cesar salads, boneless wings, onion rings and beer were all good, which is unusual in my experience. The medium Buffalo sauce had just the level of heat expected. We were checked on repeatedly throughout our meal, just often enough, but not too often. The bathrooms were clean. The only markdown is atmosphere, because some of the upholstery on the booth seats is split. Otherwise, a very nice place to eat! Will definitely go back.
