A surprise birthday was organized. the interested person arrived and the evening starts correctly with the order. concerning the meal itself nothing is to be taken again (I attribute the only two stars of my note). The waitresses ruined this evening, the cake delicately prepared was served at another table. We took them back, however not taking our remarks to the shears, they cut the cake (which thus spoiled the decoration of it). following these mistakes, she was not happy and so start to be unpleasant. no commercial gesture was accepted (justifying that we did not respect our reservation). at the time of the settlement, only two restaurants tickets accepted per person (which was obviously not indicated)Break a memorable evening. Not for the best grapes.
I organized a surprise birthday that turned to the fiasco.Very good meal start, at the time of the cake, it was served at another table that had not brought it back. the waitresses didn't listen to us when we explained to them that the cake was our and its revenue with the cake cut into parts ... results birthday spoils! a cake made by a friend, completely destroyed! the waitresses did not apologize, no proposed commercial gesture, on the contrary they rejected the fault on us ... in short it is unacceptable when we hold a trade!
