Went on a Groupon voucher. Was very impressed with entrée of Turkish bread and dips. Mains were just as impressive. Very reasonably priced as well. We will certainly be back. Go for lunch and have a relaxing day by the bay. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Little Istanbul Place:
There was a great selection of fabulous sounding traditional foods. Will go back there to try our some of their other dishes soon. We had a set menu on a deal and we left there a bit too full but enjoyed it all, the dips were nice, teh bread was great & our meals & the Turkish delight & coffee was lovely.Reasonable good atmosphere, the staff out the front could have a little more interaction but as they are young one... We have been regularly present since the opening of the restaurant. Sometimes it's just us sometimes with family and friends and sometimes we bring food. why do we like it so much? always welcoming, eating delivery times are always reasonable and if food...arrives wow. always the same great dishes this do not vary on days of the week in the opposite to some). eat always generously, so I think it is clear that we are fans. ps. we regularly take our group (a theater group that can be human) for our monthly lunch. here is the thing that does not fall any of the above standards (including by well done little istanbul. chris and janette
Eating is bad, really bad. if they ask for a dip, they have a lot of brot with tasteless dip, the scrub is the same. When they ask for meat, they are served the lowest available quality and quantity. some. the items are bought in the super market and only fried, or at least as it looks. service is bad too, better in the kitchen that are looking for customers. I don't know how they survive and weep very expensive.
My review is about taking off the restaurant. when we first ordered, eating was excellently expensive, but really well cooked and delicious. in the last few months the quality and quantity of food has deteriorated. I stopped. by little isanbul to order what is a scandal.
Booked in the anticipation of genuine Turkish food. despite attentive care by pleasant young employees, this was a challenging experience. a selection of precooked, reheated nibbles, which were dry and tasteless. the only redeeming genuine Turkish objects were a capsicum filled with beautifully cooked. long weddings and dolmades. the main court ali nazik was a mossus of sweet and yogurt, in which the gristish lambsabs were submerged as kebabs and unrecognizable and unrecognizable.
We have been here before, but will continue to come to this restaurant. The food servings are very generous and delicious. The bread and dipping sauces are outstanding, particularly the hummus. The chicken shish is wonderful, tender and beautifully spiced. So are the beef meatballs....A real treat, having this restaurant in our neighbourhood.
