While this cafe may need a little bit of an upgrade, the surrounding area is gorgeous. Plenty of seating both inside and out. Coffee is hot and delicious, our breakfasts of all varieties were too. Prices were very reasonable too.Parking in the carpark attached at the rear. Good access for wheelchairs etc. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Crusoe Cafe:
One weekend, I was browsing the internet looking for a best place to eat breakfast in Cleveland and Cusoe came up on top of the list. Off we went and found the place, eventually, ordered food but was served around 30 minutes later. Coffee supposedly...nice but was served lukewarm. I was expecting a nice Egg's Benedict but the sauce was healthily meager. Will try another cafe next time when visiting the place. View all feedback.
The coffee here is fantastic and the BLT sandwich was excellent. Every time I visit from Britain, I always make sure to come to this restaurant because the food is consistently great, the prices are reasonable, and the staff is very friendly.
The most lovely staff member, Reon, was at the counter and brought out the food. Despite being extremely busy, he was still cheerful and the food and coffee were delicious.
We always frequent this restaurant for breakfast. In our opinion, it is the best breakfast in Redlands by far. We have been coming here for over 12 years. The portions are generous and the prices are very reasonable. The chef cooks breakfast perfectly. We make an effort to visit this cafe because it is our hidden gem, although it can be difficult to get a table due to its popularity. We have tried other cafes in the area, including one at Cleveland Point overlooking the water, but none compare to the quality of food, coffee, and service at this establishment. Kudos to the staff and owners. We give it a perfect 10 in our book. One suggestion would be to move the menus away from the checkout area to make it easier for customers to access them, especially during busy times when there is a line to place orders. We are so impressed that we have nominated this place for the Telstra business awards this year.
I met a colleague for coffee. Light location on the bay. Good morning. Coffee was too weak and too cool. We were all masked and with QR code. Most recommended.
This place impressed me the first time I went around 4 years ago. Delicious breakfast with good coffee and great service. Throw in the amazing view of the harbour, and it's pretty hard to beat. Since that first day, we have made it our family...tradition to eat an early Saturday morning breakfast here. You would expect that 4 years of most Saturdays there was bound to be a bad day or 6, but this cafe is so consistent. Always a great breakfast, always good coffee, and always a smile from the friendly staff. The only downside is the occasional day we don't get there early enough and it's full.
