I appreciated that they offered vegan baked options, which are not commonly found in cafés. The only downside was that the staff didn't seem very friendly, and I visited three times. However, it was still a pleasant experience overall! View all feedback.
What 1Beah H (1 1 year ago on Google doesn't like about Phoenix Coffee Co:
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the behavior of a female staff member at the front. She was quite rude and immediately yelled at customers to wear masks upon entering. When the next customer came in after me, he apologized profusely for not putting on a mask right away, as if he had committed a serious offense, given the stern way she addressed him. I enjoy picking up a gluten-free vegan muffin or scones when I dive for a visit. I usually couple my food with a seasonal hot drink or chai tea salad with a non-dairy milk.
Loved that she had vegan options for pastries! You don't get that often in cafes! Just down is, the employees don't seem the kindest and ive it was three times, but it's okay!
I really enjoy this coffee shop! The coffee is good and they have two milk free milk. The main thing I love about Phoenix Coffee is that they have vegan and gluten-free pastries! It is rare that I can have something to eat at a coffee place, so I was thrilled to have options that are all delicious! The pumpkin Feig Scoone is my absolute favorite!
I enjoyed a remarkable cortado paired perfectly with a fresh blueberry muffin. The staff at this location is quite attractive and very attentive to customers' needs. I was delighted to engage in conversation with the baristas today and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of my drink. One thing worth mentioning is that the air inside the café was a bit humid. However, I see this as a positive rather than a negative. The slight dampness felt refreshing, especially as a respite from the warm weather outside. The atmosphere, adorned with plants, reminded me of reaching for celery at my local grocery store and getting spritzed by the misting system above. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Thank you, Phoenix!
This is a great place to grab a morning boost. I stopped by on a rainy, chilly morning and treated myself to a fall spice latte, which I admit is a bit cliché, but it really hit the spot!
