Pito's Seafood is the go to spot during the week if you're craving PR classics. I went on a short trip to my island in May and, if you go between Mon Wed, there aren't a lot of local restaurant options, but there it was... Pito's Seafood open. I loved the thick sauce on the shrimp it was very well seasoned. The mofongo had bits of chicharrón (pork rinds) which I am very grateful for. As an on the house app, they brought garlic bread with chunks of a garlic and olive oil mixture. Highly recommend!
