I had never had the food until I ordered a surprise bag. I'm sitting here eating it and it's delicious! The curry chicken is wonderful and not overpowered with curry. I haven't had Callaloo since I was in Jamaica in 2006 and I can already see myself driving back and forth to get some from this restaurant. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. This place upset me in the worse way. First of all ,I don’t like bad business. It says on their door they’re open at 1pm . I waited until 1:20pm and the doors were still locked. I drove out of my way based on a friend's recommendation. They were inside and refuse to open the door as I stood there in the heat . I didn't receive an explanation . One of my favorite places. They made me like eggplant. Everything is delicious.
The owner is very nice. The food is delicious and authentic.

I stumbled onto this cafe and am thrilled to have found a gem. Everything that both I and my boyfriend ordered was delicious, including the mac n cheese, and the owner was very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back. In fact, I'm looking forward to heading back again later this week! Vegetarian options: Tofu curry or veggie bowls
