Avo Modern Mexican - Feedback

What Rachel Oelbracht likes about Avo Modern Mexican:
We stopped in right after they had just made it through a huge lunchtime rush so it took a little for the staff (1 exhausted waiter) to recover. Once we put our order in, the kitchen was very fast and the Colorado burrito was DELICIOUS. The house margaritas were great too. I got the birria tacos and they were better than han some, but in ok, not the experience I was looking for. I feel I just should make my own, they are not hard. I lived in Texas, so I know a good taco and it's so hard to compare especially up north. I can make them myself but sometimes it's good to be served A1 when you don't feel like cooking.
