This is a beautiful place to stop at the airport. There are several Burrito options inspired by different parts of the world. Choose tofu as your protein and several options are vegan or can be made vegan easily. Staff have an allergen leaf, the lists of sauces, etc. are vegan. I have the Bangkok that is vegan by default with Tofu and it was really nice. It was all Thai flavors, packed with satay sauce, but into a tortilla. When I visited, the Teriyaki was also vegan with tofu and the Mediterranean and some others could be made slightly vegan by removing dairy products.
I typically choose familiar comfort food options at airports, like Subway. However, I decided to try something different at Currito and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the Bangkok with Tofu burrito for about $10 and thoroughly enjoyed it. The seasoned tofu was fresh and filling, making it a satisfying meal option.
You can enjoy a nutritious and tasty meal at this restaurant. Just be mindful of certain items that are not vegan. Here are some sneaky non-vegan options: curried chickpeas, cucumber tahini dressing, creamy lime, and tikka masala sauce. Be sure to check the allergen chart for more information.
This airport restaurant is a great place to grab a bite. They offer a variety of burrito options, each inspired by different world cuisines. Opting for tofu as your protein opens up many vegan possibilities, with the staff having an allergen sheet detailing which sauces are vegan-friendly. I tried the Bangkok burrito, which comes vegan by default with tofu, and it was delicious. The Thai flavors, like satay sauce, were all there, just in a tortilla. During my visit, the teriyaki burrito was also vegan with tofu, and the Mediterranean and other options could easily be made vegan by omitting dairy ingredients.
This restaurant is stunning, offering a variety of bowls and burritos. The staff is very well-informed about vegan options. I tried the Thai Burrito and it was incredibly fresh, tasty, and satisfying. I didn't even need to add the optional tofu.
