They were short on help I guess cause everyone was grumpy my gravy biscuit with 2 sides of egg was cold and the gravy wasn't done it had lumps of flour in it. I was so disappointed with the service and I would not have fed the food to my neighbors dog.Oh and I also had a large BoRound and they were cold and hard. Very friendly staff, the short work made by a large line. they took a big job and let us out quickly. good service. good work!

Lesbian! spent 20 min in the line of passage so they can tell me that it is only cash. can no one come out and let the people know?! btw, it's the only place I know that cold rolls are served
The drive thru was slow, but my eating was fresh and very good!
This is by far the worst Bojangles in the greater Chattanooga area. Their prices are higher than every other one, but the quality is less.In our most recent interaction, they attempted to charge us $5 more for our order and refused to give us the drinks that were supposed to be included with the meals. They then had to cook the chicken because it wasn’t ready yet (at noon). When I got my food, after 30 minutes of waiting, there was only one side per meal (despite the fact that the menu clearly says a meal comes with 2) and the orders were incorrect.I won’t be going to this location again and it is no surprise that they cannot get anyone to come work for them.
