Wendy's - Cleveland

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. My order ended up going to someone else, which caused me to wait even longer. The manager said he would bring it out to me, but he forgot. When the cashier informed him that I wanted to speak with him, he casually asked, "Is she mad?" To which I responded, "Yes, I am." I also told him that if he's going to talk about me, he should do it in front of me. Unfortunately, no compensation was offered for the inconvenience. The food was just okay, and my request for extra sauce was not fulfilled either.

I just went through the drive-thru, and I have to say that the two ladies at the window provided outstanding service! They even offered to cut my little girl's sandwich in half and made a special salad for me because I couldn't find the one I had last time. It was truly amazing—thank you so much!

The chili is fantastic, and the burgers are very fresh. However, be prepared for lengthy wait times.

It's a fantastic spot for lunch, dinner, or breakfast. We often go with other church families and always have a wonderful time.

My family ordered a 4 for 4 meal, which was mine, but unfortunately, the other items for my family were not good. The chicken sandwiches were burnt and cold, the fries were cold too, and everything else was just lukewarm except for the burnt food. Such a disappointing experience!
