Turn Kitchen At The Ritz-carlton Cleveland

From the staff to the parking valet everyone was so enjoyable

Turn Bar Kitchen is a great place. We love the servers, most of whom have been there a long time. Food is consistently good. Wines by the glass are priced a little too high.

Lovely space and gracious staff. Tuna all a bit tough and not generous portion. Lettuce had some rough spots indicating not the freshest. Bread very nice as was wine.

The service we received tonight was outstanding! Thank you for making our special night even more special.

The atmosphere was beautiful. the host was kind. our waitress was a little ravag and seemed awkward, although there was a small number of people. I ordered the black garnel that was tasteful, but salty. my man ordered the braided short rib, which was good, but unseasonal. the drinks were good, but over price; we knew before. on his birthday, my man got a supplementary dessert that was nice and enough for both of us to enjoy. the overall experience was decent and I would recommend it to others to try for one night, but I am in no hurry to return.
