The Crispy Chick - Cleveland

The Crispy Chick just catered our Cleveland Guardians office lunch today and it was delicious. Got the tenders, fries, and Garlic Butter Bread. Very flavorful and will be coming out to have it again soon!

Pretty good, independently owned restaurant specializing in chicken tenders and chicken sandwiches.

This was only my second time ordering from The Crispy Chick, and unfortunately, I was disappointed this time. The food has been good on both occasions, but I found the lemonade to be excessively sweet both times. I decided to give it another try on my second visit, but once again, it was too sugary and this time it even had a slight mildew taste. I asked if I could exchange it for a different drink, but the young lady assisting me—who was very nice—said her manager had instructed her that wasn’t allowed. I was quite disappointed, especially since I paid extra for a drink that I didn’t enjoy. Something as simple as replacing my drink would have gone a long way, especially after my experiences with both visits. To top it off, I had to wait 15 minutes for just two meals. This isn't the best way to treat a paying and very patient customer.

The staff was friendly, and the food was tasty and reasonably priced. I couldn't ask for anything better!

While many places serve similar items—chicken tenders, coleslaw, Texas toast, and fries—Crispy Chick adds a unique touch and flavor to their food. This is the only place I can always depend on to get my order right every single time, and the food is truly finger-licking good!
