I agree with all negative reviews! we went here for Easterbunch and it was amazing. service was so fast and they were very accommodating from my celiac. I asked if they could make gluten-free French toast and it wasn't a problem! they did it in a special gluten-free environment so I knew it was safe. my friends loved you too, and we were here in an hour. very recommended and will go again! What User doesn't like about The Burnham:
Friday dinner. Wanted fish and staying at the Hilton. The fish and chips were excellent. The fish was great and the tartar sauce was amazing. Hush puppies were really good. Make sure to specify ypur tequila if ypu order a margarita. Told the waitress the tequila didn't matter and ended up with an $18 margarita. Totally inappropriate. My only real cmplaint and a result of the server and/or management. View all feedback.

Located in the Hilton hotel downtown, this restaurant has been around for a little over two years. A lot of hype, seemingly with little to show for it. A breakfast there had this reviewer wondering what the fuss was all about. If you're not a guest at the hotel, the biggest issue is parking: either valet right at the hotel or underground across the street. Both somewhat complicated and expensive. The breakfast menu is fairly simple with hardly any wow factor. Service was quick but hard to gauge accurately as the joint was practically empty. There's a breakfast buffet and a la carte menu, both overpriced and when you factor in parking, it looks even more so. There are two seating areas with a ramp leading to an open dining room with glass walls and a long bar; it looks organic and feels industrial-chic. Some people like to be seen in places like that. At The Burnham, they'll do so at a price, a high price.
That was great. the personal was even better. the atmosphere was modern, but still cozy. my only weight was in the menu. While the menu had great items, it was limited.
Friends of me and I came to dine at 17 o'clock in the burnham in the middle of the week. we had luck sitting and serving by ryan sulak. the guy was shaking! there were other servers and employees around, but this guy was the only one that made sure our experience was pleasant. the food was great! but the service was exceptional. it is quite rare to find people who love what they do, and those who really care about making the experience great for every customer every time. ryan has surpassed our expectations! thank you. ryan, we are coming back!
