What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
The staff at this restaurant was rude and unhelpful when I tried to place my order on the touchscreen. They insisted that it was self-explanatory and refused to enter my order into the register. Strangely, the item I wanted, which has been on the menu for decades, was not even on the touchscreen. It seems they couldn't even handle something as simple as pinto beans and cheese with red sauce. Ordered a few weeks ago and they screwed up my order. they have ordered and could not do anything on my order! I honestly think I'll never get anything from this place again!
Wrost Taco Bell ever. I order Taco Bell from here in Uber eats they cancel and I order again but when the driver went to pick it up they said they don’t have it, they are just rude and lazy workers in there.
Just a suggestion.. the word round up was on the front door. some advertisement. first thing I think of is weed killer law suit. might also happen on a sub conscious level
Literally Everytime I come here I have to complain about the amount of lettuce that's on my food!! Every taco was 98% lettuce... Last time I check that's NOT what I came for!! If I wanted rabbit food I'd get a freaking salad!! Word to the wise... Hold up the drive thru and CHECK YOUR FOOD... EAST CLEVELAND TACO BELL IS WORSE!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME..
Count your change at the drive thru…drove away with my order and checked when I got home…over charged me by 4-5 bucks and didn’t give me a receipt…BAD! Taco Bell BAD!
