the person at the window this afternoon was extremely sweet… they were low stocked but he explained it super nicely and was even kinder at the window. Food was also as ordered it... thank you! (Went around 3:30). View all feedback.
What Henri Hahn doesn't like about Taco Bell:
when I was ordered in the mobile app and there rude, obnoxious woman told me that the computer was down and that I had to call to get my money back and when I went inside to show her my job on my handy, she tried to get it from me to show me, and I told her that I would keep the phone that she got all crazy and ran me through. I called company and district director and was promised $20 gift card I had never received,... View all feedback.
To be honest, the karens complaining about slow workers are really never understood how it is to work in a food business that has already high sales rate even before kovid. if they want people to work well, they treat them well. we are human. mistakes. bad days. belittling someone about eating wrong, even if it's her money, she still makes a bully. this situation I had never had problems with and I go out of my way to go to this taco bell when the pleasant valley and the day trips are closer. this place has never messed up and online ordering or running gear by ordering. my eating is always fresh, I always have everything I need from serviettes to sauces. the people are always friendly or trying to be. I know how rough it can be with rude people and try not to ruin them the day. especially when people just cross the road. some things are out of control and it is sad to see how selfish people are in the reviews. I wouldn't go to your house and scream how much you're messing and a failure. I get it that they have paid money, they want the things to be done right, but rude and evil on the hired does nothing but to knock this place that is terminated by people and makes it harder to stay open and work well. I love this place, the young tomorrow are always so nice and nice. Whenever I go and it's not the morning, my eating is still fresh and the people are so nice quiet. They begin to treat people better and they will see how much better they will take care of.
Eating is the usual taco bell that is good, but 5 stars to service, I ordered at 11:40 clock and this guy who took the order and took payment, very friendly and sweet, in contrast to other restaurants, keep it up and all the best.
The worst place of all time! it's dirty that the person who made my burrito, it was with two Burrito shells that were stale and falling apart. we waited about 15min for someone who acknowledged that we were there to turn off 30 minutes for 2 burritos!
When I was ordered in the mobile app and there rude, obnoxious woman told me that the computer was down and that I had to call to get my money back and when I went inside to show her my job on my handy, she tried to get it from me to show me, and I told her that I would keep the phone that she got all crazy and ran me through. I called company and district director and was promised $20 gift card I had never received, and I had to call more than 5 times for 3 weeks just to get my money back. I was a taco bell customer over 30 years and will never go into all restaurants ever again! thanks nichole at broadview and snow rd taco bell!
Went there to order food and they said they're short staffed, only taking deliveries which doesnt make sense because if you can make food for deliveries you have enough people to make food for a simple drive thru order. Makes absolutely no sense. Horrible management, horrible customer service. Unpleasant service.
