This was an example of great customer service. Jeremy Kristin were two of friendliest people. From the interaction ordering with kristin, to the payment and getting food with Jeremy. This is what all Food service (fast food or sit down) expierences should be like. They were smiling , kind , and just made my day better . Plus my food looked like it does on menu perfect. What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
I'm sorry for the service I have here. so I didn't get a service. I came when they first opened for the day to breakfast and got no answer from the trip thru. Three other people came and waited for the parking lot, but I would like to have recognized. no confirmation and the doors were locked, so customers could not even come and order. the breakfast is in the round impossible when it comes to this place View all feedback.
I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I paid extra for substitutes in my burrito, but it came with nothing inside. I had ordered a cheese and rice bean burrito, but it was completely empty. It was a terrible meal and a waste of money every time. I would rate the food 1 out of 5.
I paid nearly $30 and felt like I was ripped off. I ordered a chicken chalupa for $5.79 and received a lettuce chalupa with unmelted cheese. The food was rated 1 out of 5.
Stopped for Dinner, There was only one car in front of me. He ordered then pulled up, I ordered then pulled up. Average wait time. But I did not get what I ordered. I asked for a Burrito Supreme to go along with my #4. Get home and have one them nasty Doritos Supreme Tacos.Two girls at the window, one on her cell who took the order, the other getting drinks. And neither one of them understood the word Burrito...
Everything was going well until two employees began goofing off. One of them threw a bottle of water at the other, narrowly missing the manager. Despite the incident, I received my food and left the restaurant. Food quality: 5 out of 5.
Ordered from Uber. When the delivery driver got there he was told they didn’t have my order. The Uber driver messaged me and told me to try calling the store. I called 2 times and nobody answered meanwhile the Uber driver could see an employee standing there without any cars in the line. I got my order canceled and will not be ordering or visiting this location again. How do you loose an order? Or could’ve just offered to remake the order.
