My husband and I have worked at multiple subways. This is the nastiest subway we have ever been in. The workers were sitting at a table in the back. One worker walked in from the smoke shop next door. Did not wash her hands. They were out of chicken strips, spinach, chipotle sauce. What User doesn't like about Subway:
I found the experience at this restaurant to be very unprofessional. The staff frequently complained about having only four customers, and as a result, our food was haphazardly prepared. I only received half of my sub, and when I requested more, I was charged extra for it. My husband’s meal, which had meat, was also disappointing. Made a mobile(08/15/22) far enough in advance and get there and they say that the steak for my sandwich is frozen. So I have to choose chicken and they no comment of being sorry for not properly preparing or for me having to get something else. As I waited for both my orders that which one wasn’t a steak sandwich order I had other walk in orders just over mine. As I waited for 4 count them 4! Workers try to figure out what’s going on with the store two customers came in and told them they forgot a order(very likely it happened with this group) the manager or what I assume was started yelling at these two teenager customers across the whole store that they was laughing at them or something when she was making the order and touching her face with her gloved hands. All and all I’ve never had a real good experience with this store but it’s the closest to my home and when I need to get lunch for my work it’s sometimes the only option. They need real supervision and need a lot of improvement.
I went in to get 2 subs for breakfast. A steak cheese turkey cheese. Well apparently the night shift didn't do their job last night to thaw the steak or my second choice of rotisserie chicken either. The lady who was working this morning made the subs great was good customer service, but the night shift needs to be trained again or not be lazy do their job. Also the night shift worker Hope wants to be a manager. If I were them, I might rethink that decision.

Wouldn't even give a one star based on my last visit. Food was thrown together and was not right. Bread was hard and so were the cookies. It was a mobile order. Definitely will not be doing that again for this store. Have been other times and it was fine.
Meatballs were frozen, employee coughing everywhere (food, napkins counters) and following the younger ones around with "are you mad at me? "And each time one of the younger employees asked how to make something she wouldn 't tell them and start on something else.And they were credit cards only cause no one knew how to get change.
