The heavy-set woman with bleach blonde hair who always claims this is not her usual location has the worst attitude ever! She is incredibly negative and hostile, offering no help and acting like you are a bother when you order food. Despite always being seen eating whenever we visit, she seems to want nothing to do with actually working. It seems like she is only there to eat and collect a paycheck, with no interest... The food was good, but there was too much dry bread for my liking.
Initially, I was excited to try the new menu items at the restaurant. However, when I ordered three of the new sandwiches, I was told that substitutions or add-ons were not allowed. There was nothing in the store indicating this policy before I placed my order, which I found to be poor customer service. I reluctantly accepted the food because I believe in not wasting food. The Turkey Cali Club I ordered was supposed to come with sliced avocado, but instead, it was avocado from a squeeze bottle. It seems that the store can make substitutions, but the customer cannot. As a result, I have decided not to spend my money at any Subway location and will instead support other sub shops that cater to individual preferences.
The vegetables appeared to be spoiled, with pink and brown lettuce that could potentially cause illness. Additionally, my husband's sub was lacking in sufficient meat. I would not recommend this restaurant; if the health department were to inspect, they would likely face consequences.
The food was delicious and the service was excellent.
The food at this restaurant is fantastic and the staff are very friendly!
