Sub City - Cleveland

I was planning to order takeout after a tiring day at work. However, when I called, they informed me that there is no staff working at the restaurant. It was confusing because someone did answer the phone, so you would expect that the main focus would be on cooking food and taking orders. It appears there may be a management or corporate issue that needs to be addressed urgently, as this situation seems like a waste of money. Despite this issue, the food at this restaurant is delicious.

The sandwich and fries were excellent. I would have given them 5 stars if they offered corned beef.

This was my first time ordering through Doordash. The food was nicely packaged with plenty of napkins and forks. The Chicken Philly was flavorful, but the French fries seemed to be overcooked, double-fried, or just old. Despite that, I still enjoyed the meal and ended up having it with a bag of chips!

The wings are so great especially garlic parmesan and their wing deals on Wednesday are the best. I would recommend the chicken philly and the quesadilla also

Ordered lunch today, and chicken Philly is super dry, shrimp way over cooked. I also ordered their wings because I’ve heard good things and they were small and hard, barely any sauce on them. Honey gold sauce has very little flavor. Don’t think I’ll them again
