This restaurant used to be great, but now it's terrible. They won't allow regular customers to use the restroom. All other restaurants allow their customers to use the bathroom, so why is this place so special? Open the restroom and I won't need to leave my coffee cup and bag on the table! View all feedback.

I work at UH so I order from this location often. The store is extremely clean everytime I go in. The baristas are all so kind and upbeat. My drink is always made the exact way I request it! I love this store it's the best one in Cleveland in my opinion !!!
