Update: it 's not the same restaurant it used to be. It 's totally different. They call them self 'express ' now. No more happy hour either! It 's like a build your own taco and burrito shop now. They said it was the same owner but I don 't think so.. I was totally shocked when I walked in and seen how it changed. I tried a chicken bowl and it wasn 't bad at all.
